“Sakuramania” in social networks (PHOTO)

"Did you know that sakura only blossoms and does not bear fruit?! And I thought, it is cherry" – novelist Katerina Babkina wrote under the photo in the social network FB. She had time to walk in Uzhgorod before the presentation of the book "Happy naked people." 

Natalia Bobryk from Uzhgorodka also took a picture of herself with sakura.

Activist and a policewoman Yulia Dub also found a branch of Japanese cherry, which, she wrote, was not yet occupied by tourists.

The conductor of the Transcarpathian folk choir Natalia Petiy-Potapchuk also took a picture near a blossom sakura.

Uzhgorod model Victoria Nimets also has this year’s photo near a pink flowering tree.

Uzhgorod journalists join this sort of a flash mob in social media.   They take eye-catching pictures with sakura blossom. In particular, journalist and volunteer Galina Yartseva

Journalist Anita Lisak did something different. She posted her school photo in social network. Adding: "My first photo with sakura 1998".

Those are not nearly all "rose" pictures of Transcarpathians in social networks. However, even these ones confirm that Uzhgorod residents are proud of the charms of their city, popularize them and encourage tourists to come here.  And also, they show that you do not need much for moments of happiness…
