In Sevastopol an increased demand for real estate near the sea by the citizens of Russia is indicated. This is reported, with reference to local realtors, by the Crimean media, informs Nbnews.com.ua.

"With the arrival of the Russians to rest in Sevastopol the sellers of liquidity facilities note an increased interest in the real estate they put up for sale.   "Young families prefer a studio apartment, a family with children – a small two-bedroom options, but the prerequisite is the proximity to the sea," – said the manager of "Multydom" real estate agency Victoria Mykhailova.

One bedroom apartment in a building, that needs repairs, in this area will cost about $ 37,000. This price often scares Ukrainians living in other regions of the country, the Russians, on the contrary, consider it acceptable.

To conclude a deal a foreigner must have a passport, and if the buyer is in a marriage, a marriage certificate and passport of the wife / husband or their consent to purchase the property. One must also register with the tax authorities, that is to get an individual tax number.
