“Russian” wreath was hidden on the Hill of Glory (Photofacts)

As you know, today, Transcarpathia celebrated the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Ukraine and Transcarpathia from the Nazi invaders.

As part of the festivities, a rally and laying of flowers on the Hill of Glory took place in Uzhgorod.

Among others, there was also a "Russian" wreath from diplomats of once "brotherly" country, and now the obvious aggressor state. The Russians brought their flowers early. And someone noticed that – the wreath with a tricolor ribbon was… no, not thrown away, but put on the other side of the memorial stele, which stands near the "Eternal Flame."  Because, symbol of the hostile country hardly belongs there…

By the way, during they celebrations, they observed a minute of silence in honor of not only victims of the war, the event was dedicated to, but also of contemporary defenders of the state.
