Today, September 4, the former prosecutor of Mukachevo and the first deputy prosecutor of the region, Ruslan Bilovar attended the meeting of Uzhgorod Executive Committee. The mayor introduced him to the audience, saying: "Due to personnel changes in the prosecutor’s office, this is the acting prosecutor of Uzhgorod."
According to the spokesperson for the prosecutor’s office Victoria Roman, Ruslan Bilovar has really been appointed as the acting prosecutor, but only for the period of vacation of the City Prosecutor Ivan Shtefaniuk.
It is not clear how it is going to be after Shtefaniuk’s vacation is over and whether Bilovar will work in the city prosecutor’s office. After dismissal, by order of the Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka on August 12, Bilovar was a senior investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office in Transcarpathian region.
At the end of the last year, December 1, on the day of the professional holiday of Ukrainian prosecutors, in Mukachevo, Bilovar’s brand new jeep Mersedes Benz ML-350 was burned. The car was registered to his mother, a former employee of the prosecutor’s office, now retired. Arsonists were never found.
