Transcarpathian rescuers ask all citizens to be careful and cautious during bad weather, namely the strong winds that are expected on the territory of the region.
Follow these guidelines:
– all windows should be tightly shut, take from the balconies and loggias all things that can fall outside;
– if you are on the street, stay away from billboards, power lines, trees, buildings;
– in case of strong winds, if possible, hide in the nearest building or natural shelter;
– stay away from buildings under construction or repair;
– avoid staying near large trees, especially poplars, as well as parking vehicles next to them; falling branches can be very dangerous;
– in case of fall of trees or branches, injuries, immediately inform the emergency services by phone "101" or "103".
