Robert Horvat made the most requests in February

OPORA continues to analyze the activities of majoritarian MPs.

In February, two Transcarpathian majoritarian MPs submitted 10 requests in which they asked about the drugs for dialysis in Transcarpathian hospitals and increased minimum wage for residents of mountainous areas.

Robert Horvat filed 8 requests in February – five individual and three collective ones. The People’s Deputy asked members of the government about the process of voluntary association of communities, documents on mineral water, as well as provision of Transcarpathian hospitals with dialysis materials.

The MP also sent requests to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Together with other 10 lawmakers, he informed the head of the NABU and the Prosecutor General about the violtion of laws at the state enterprise "The administration of sea ports of Ukraine" (Odesa branch).

Together with 9 colleagues, he also complained to the Prosecutor General about the situation at the same enterprise – namely, asked Prosecutor General to take personal control of the investigation into the accident that occurred there. 

Together with 300 other lawmakers, Horvat submitted a collective request to the Prosecutor General on long-lasting investigation into the death of Vyacheslav Chornovil and Yevhen Pavlov.

And in the individual request Robert Horvat asked the Prosecutor General statistical information about criminal offenses committed on the grounds of racial, national or religious hatred.

In February, Robert Horvat registered no draft laws or regulations of the Parliament.

Vasyl Petyovka in February filed two requests. The People’s Deputy asked from the Prime Minister additional funds – 180 thousand – for payment for utilities to the Transcarpathian engineering college in the village of Dubove in Tyachiv district. In another request, the MP, together with three colleagues, asked to deal with the situation on the minimum wage for residents of mountainous areas. 

The MP also became a co-author of the draft law on collective ownership of land and improvement of land use regulations. It concerns farmland.

People’s deputies Viktor Baloha, Mykhailo Lanyo, Pavlo Baloha and Ivan Baloha did not registered any draft law, did not file any request in February.
