Residents of dormitory on Kvity street can privatize the building (document)

At the regular session of Uzhgorod city council, deputies plan to adopt a decision "On the transfer of the dormitory under operational management and permission for privatization." It refers to the dormitory on Kvity street. The draft decision provides to keep the status of th property complex at: Uzhgorod, Kvity street, 1 as "dormitory" and to give the residents permission for privatization of residential and non-residential premises. Also, they plan to transfer the dormitory under operational control of the house committee "Monolith".The house committees "Monolith" will be tasked to ensure proper maintenance of the dormitory and surrounding area.
