Reserves are exhausted: hospitals in Transcarpathia are running out of oxygen

According to the obtained information, the region has been in a critical situation since Thursday. According to the source, there was a failure at the Lviv plant, so oxygen suppply to the region is almost non-existent. 
Oxygen is promised to be delivered on Monday, but the source adds that hospitals have already exhausted their reserves. 
Supply failure could result in catastrophic consequences.
