According to the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region, on 11-13 of January, on the roads of the most of Transcarpathian region and in the city of Uzhgorod, ice covering will remain.
The temperature on the mountain passes: Latirsky (-24 °), Abransky (-22 °) Yablunetsky (-20 °), Uzhotsky (-22 °), Torunsky (-18 °). Pavement on the roads of national, regional and local levels is dry, sometimes covered with snow, traffic is free.
