The bridge at the checkpoint "Chop-Zahony" now has a new pavement on the lanes for trucks, the old layer of asphalt was removed by road builders – journalist Vitaliy Hlahola reports about the achievements of our repairmen.

"What do you think our road builders did with all the old asphalt from the bridge? That’s right, they threw it into the Tisa! No, you are not hallucinating, they really threw it into the Tisa. Instead of taking it out of there." Vitaliy tells and shows "Huge chunks of asphalt were thrown right out the bridge, but here’s the problem – not all chunks of asphalt ended up in the water so they failed to cover up traces (although I doubt that they even tried), large chunks just got stuck in metal structures of the bridge or just did not reach the water and fell on the river bank under the bridge."
