Regional State Administration allocated more than 21 million for repair of public property. Which objects exactly are to be repaired is unknown

The Communal Property Department of the Regional State Administration developed a program for maintenance of local communities joint ownership objects in the region, which provides for allocation of more than 21 million hryvnias for the property repair over the next two years. The corresponding program was published on the RSA site. 
It defines a set of measures on maintenance of property by means of routine and capital repairs, reconstruction of buildings, as well as financing of costs for the organizational and technical measures.  The executors of the program are the Department of Communal Property of the Regional State Administration, and enterprises managing the property. 
The program will be financed at the expense of the regional budget. However, the very objects to be repaired are not listed in the program. Meanwhile, the program provides for 1.5 million hryvnias for "expenses associated with providing organizational and technical measures."
