Regional library opens a new literary season with the presentation of Taras Vashchuk’s book “Ukraine in Sands”

On September, 12 at 6 pm, the presentation of the book by Transcarpathian writer Taras VASHCHUK "Ukraine in Sands" ("Folio" Publishing House) will be held in the Transcarpathian Regional Library.

Uzhgorod will become one of the first cities where the book will be presented. In addition to the regional center of Transcarpathia, the author will visit Kyiv (bookstore "Dovzhenko, books, cinema, coffee"), Lviv (presentation at the Forum of Publishers on September 17), Ivano-Frankivsk and Kalush.

         The program of the event includes the conversation not only about literature and the book, but also about the unusual Arab society and the place of Ukrainian emigrants in it. The author has been working in the UAE for 5 years and, in addition to articles, he also writes fiction (short stories). Autograph session and photoshoot will be with a surprise.
