The relevant document should be developed through a joint cooperation between public actvists with lawyers of the Transcarpathian Regional Administration and the Regional Council. Then, the draft can be voted on at the next meeting of the Transcarpathian Regional Council on December 12, as discussed at today’s meeting of the head of the region Vasyl Hubal and the Regional Council Chairman Volodymyr Chubirko with the public that shortly before that had demanded the resignation of the first persons of Uzhgorod and dissolution of the City Council.

Once the document is developed and legally justified, the draft appeal will be voted at the Regional Council session, preliminary scheduled for the 12th of December.
The head of the RSA Vasyl Hubal said that he was ready to appeal to the capital together with the community, and to express support for activists seeking re-election of Uzhgorod city council and the mayor as the head of the region.
In addition, at the meeting, they discussed the possibility of collective appeal to MPs from Transcarpathia requesting to lobby the issue of calling early election of Uzhgorod City Council in the Parliament.
