Rebellious Uzhgorod – the establishment of the Transcarpathian People Council

At the meeting, near the RSA they announced the intention and call to establish the Transcarpathian People Council. 

Protesters demand to give them the assembly hall in the RSA administrative building and call governor Ledyda to come out. They say that until they are heard, nobody leaves the building on Narodna Square.
