The terrible incident occurred at the end of February this year, but it has only become known now because of the publicity on the victim’s side, – the Mukachevo.net wrote.
According to the statement to the police and the medical records of the victim, the girl was not only raped several times but also her left eye was poked out.
According to the Transcarpathian police, two criminal proceedings were initiated over this incident, that occurred on February 25: Article 152 of the CCU – rape, and Article 122 of the CCU – deliberate moderate bodily injury.
– All samples were sent for examination, at the moment we do not yet have the results of the examination, and therefore there is no suspicion, no suspicion – no detained suspect, – Main Office of the National Police in Transcarpathia reported.
The lawyer of the victim is outraged about this situation, because the suspected criminal remains free after almost a month: "The police detained him, and then just let him go," – he says.
