"A 30-year-old citizen was growing narcotic plants on his property. In addition, under a canopy, the police found dried stalks of hemp and homemade device for smoking. The found plants were sent for examination. During the investigation, police will find out the purpose of growing hemp" – the spokeswoman commented.
The investigators of Rakhiv district police initiated criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 310 (Illegal sowing or cultivation of hemp) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The pre-trial investigation into the case is ongoing.
