Radio “Yeden”. A new crowdfunding-based radio station is being created in Uzhgorod

It has been just a few days since radio host, DJ, filmmaker and initiator of interesting creative events, in general, Oleksiy Umansky announced his daring idea, and the process is already in full swing.

Here’s what the idea is: to create a new radio station funded by the listeners themselves. The people will be investors and consumers of the new radio station that will meet their demands. Moreover, it will become their "personal radio".

Umansky explains: "What do we need to launch the internet radio? We already have a super-cool room and a laptop. But we still need a lot of equipment and a good internet connection. The total budget is $ 1,000. It includes a desk, 2 microphones, 2 pairs of headphones, a sound card, an amplifier for headphones. Those are basic pieces of equipment, with optimized price / quality ratio."

Oleksiy reports on the first results and is ready to give gifts to investors:

"In one day, we raised 3,000 UAH. Recall that in total we need 27,000 UAH. If you want to support this cause, you can donate as much as you wish. Every contributor will get a symbolic gift."
