The Transcarpathian customs of the State Customs Service informs that 90 minibuses, 50 cars and 8 buses are standing in the queue in front of the checkpoint "Luzhanka" on the Ukrainian-Hungarian border.
First of all, the accumulation of vehicles is due to the fact that Hungarian customs officers and border guards have introduced stricter rules for crossing the state border of Hungary to prevent the introduction of the virus from abroad.
At the same time, there are no queues in front of the checkpoints "Tisa" and "Vylok". Therefore, we recommend those, who want to cross the Ukrainian-Hungarian border faster, to choose other crossing points to avoid waiting in front of checkpoints in the cold and without amenities.
Recall that on November 6, in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, Hungary imposed a curfew from 01:00 to 06:00 (Kyiv time), due to which stricter restrictions apply at their border.
