The Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said that the operation of public transport would be resumed on May 22, and kindergartens and subway would open on May 25
"The quarantine will be extended, but we are switching, as promised, to adaptive quarantine. A number of quarantine restrictions will be lifted as early as on May 22. We will allow urban and suburban land transport traffic," – the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said.
He also said that they would consider issues related to sports competitions and reopening of hotels (except hostels), restaurants and swimming pools. Services in churches for parishioners will be held with no more than 1 person per 10 square meters.
The Prime Minister noted that he would allow the operation of kindergartens and subway in the cities where the epidemiological situation would allow it.
These decisions will be adopted at the government meeting on May 20.
