Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region organized the investigation based on media reports about restriction of citizens’ rights for use of water resources in Uzhgorod district. This refers to the lake that is located near the cognac factory.
Appropriate letters, together with a copy of the publication, have been sent for review and taking adequate responses to the heads of the State Agriculture Inspectorate in the Transcarpathian region, State Environmental Inspectorate in the region and the head of the Department of protection, use and reproduction of aquatic biological resources and regulation of fisheries in the Transcarpathian region.
