Arrears of wages have become the most pressing social and economic problem, which led to increased tension in the manufacturing sector, violation of rights and legitimate interests of citizens.
In order to eliminate violations in the area of wage payment, prosecutors of Tyachiv district, since the beginning of this year, have passed two resolutions on inspections with a view of control over the observance and application of laws.
According to the results thereof, they filed a lawsuit to enforce the ME "Dubove water supply company" to repay wage arrears for a total of 32,000 UAH, as well as 54 lawsuits to issue court orders to enforce the SE " Transcarpathian helicopter production association" to repay wage arrears totaling 145,000 UAH, which have been considered and upheld.
