Prosecutor’s office is curious about construction on Rakotsi street

Uzhgorod city prosecutor’s office is verifying the legality of the initiated construction at Rakotsi street, 18, informs the press service of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office with reference to Uzhgorod city prosecutor Ivan Shtefanyuk Uzhgorod.
According to preliminary information the site is owned by three individuals that have not provided any permits for construction yet. The City Prosecutor also set a task to find out the legality of felling trees in the mentioned area.

We remind that the owner had once intended to begin construction: trees were cut down, greenery was uprooted, flower gardens were cut. Express check has revealed that building regulations with regard to compliance with the required distance from the houses were violated. All this became the reason for banning the construction by the local authority.
