Transcarpathian Prosecutor’s Office has instituted criminal investigation on attempt on the life of MIA OCCA of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region employee in respect with the performance of his official duties (art. 348 Criminal Code of Ukraine) on August 9.
There was created an investigative team and conducted investigative actions which were aimed at the uncovering of crime and the person who had committed the crime.
The course of pre-trial investigation is being under control of regional Prosecutor’s Office – informs the press service of Transcarpathian Prosecutor’s Office.
