On August 23 and 24, 2019, celebrations to mark the National Flag Day and the 28th anniversary of Independence Day of Ukraine will be held on the territory of Vynogradiv District Council.
Book exhibitions, tours, installations, literary displays on the history and present of the Ukrainian state will be organized in the libraries.
The concert program is designed for 2 days. It will include: various master classes, entertainment, song and dance programs, competitions and discos.
