Pools and spas will possibly open, but kindergartens will not

Opening of kindergartens in Transcarpathia will not even be considered, Oleksiy Petrov said

Today, July 21, a briefing of the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleksiy Petrov took place in Transcarpathia.

Thus, according to Oleksiy Petrov, the issue of opening kindergartens will not be raised today at the meeting of the emergency response commission.

"Unfortunately, we cannot make decisions at the level of the regional commission, all these powers were taken over by the state emergency response commission. The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 392 bans the functioning of health care, entertainment, tourist, educational institutions. This is not our prerogative, therefore we will not consider this issue," – Petrov said.

As for other mitigations, the commission will consider the operation of swimming pools and spas today.
