A 26-year-old offender stole a stereo from an Uzhgorod resident’s car.
Law enforcement officers quickly arrested the thief and returned the stolen thing to the owner.
A few days ago, a 56-year-old resident of Uzhgorod reported to the police about the theft from his car. As it turned out, the night of October 5, the thief had stolen a stereo worth over 500 UAH from a car parked in the yard.
During the search operations, Uzhgorod police identified and quickly arrested the thief.
He was a 26-year-old resident of the village of Turya Remeta in Perechyn district, previously convicted for theft.
Police officers seized evidence and obtained testimonies.The choice of a pre-trial restraint is being decided.
