Officers of the Mizhhirya Police Department are determining the circumstances of the road accident, which resulted in the death of a resident of the district.
Yesterday, August 15, the police received a report that in the village of Lozyanske in Mizhhirya district a truck drove into a ditch. The investigative team at the scene found out that the 50-year-old driver of the GAZ-66 lost control, drove off the road into the ditch, the vehicle turned over. The man died as a result of the accident, no one else was hurt.
Officers of the Mizhhirya police department opened a criminal investigation under Part 2 of Art. 286 Criminal Code, ie traffic rules violation.
