Police have detained another drug dealer in Uzhgorod district (PHOTOS)

Yesterday, on October 5, on Mozhaisky Street in the regional center of Transcarpathia, police officers of the Uzhgorod Police Department detained a drug dealer 
The 21-year-old suspect was detained after he had sold his client another dose of amphetamine. The dealer received a predetermined amount of money for the drugs. 
The young man, despite his young age, has repeatedly come into the sight of police and has a criminal record for a property crime. 
Currently, in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, police officers have placed the detainee in a temporary detention facility. During the inspection, several more bags of drugs were confiscated from the man, which were packaged and ready for sale. 
Investigators are conducting a pre-trial investigation under Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The police are also preparing all the necessary materials to indict the defendant of committing a crime and will apply to the court for the imposition of pre-trial restraint on the detainee. 
The investigation into the case is ongoing.
