Police confirmed: the woman responsible for the accident in Uzhgorod does not have a driver’s license

The 21-year-old girl was driving a car without a driver’s license. 

This fact was officially confirmed by the Main Office of the National Police in Transcarpathian region. At the same time, immediately after the accident, the girl was tested for alcohol intoxication, and the result was negative, she was sober. 

Today the Uzhgorod city and district court will choose a pre-trial restraint for the girl. She is currently being held in custody in accordance with Article 208 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine. 

Recall that the 21-year-old girl driving a Porsche Cayenne lost control, drove onto the oncoming lane and ran into a Ford Focus driven by a 32-year-old resident of Uzhgorod.
