Yesterday Mukachevo police detained persons, who had robbed a Canadian journalist on Sunday. Law enforcement officials determined that the crime had been committed by four local Roma, two of them – previously convicted. All of them have been detained and taken to Mukachevo police department, they confessed to committing the crime. The material evidence has been seized.
We remind that on Sunday a citizen of Canada Duncan James Dixon, who works as a journalist in a Danish magazine «The Solution», was robbed in Mukachevo. They stole his passport, 65 euros, 5 pounds, 100 hryvnia, the national Westmin bank cards and personal belongings worth about 500 euros.
