The investigation established that the 20-year-old man broke into the victim’s private house and stole her mobile phone. The police opened a criminal case over the crime under Part 3 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Given the evidence provided by the investigation, the court decided to take the suspect into custody for 60 days, but during the escort, the offender disappeared in an unknown direction.
Law enforcement officers ask anyone who may know the whereabouts of the man to report it to the nearest police station, or by phone "102".
