Police and ambulance in a neighbourhood of Uzhgorod

Yesterday, in Uzhgorod, in the Shakhta neighbourhood, many patrol police cars and an ambulance gathered near a nine-storey building. 
In the comments to the post, a user stated that there was a murder. 
As the publication found out from its own sources, a local resident stabbed himself. The man is in hospital. 
Police are currently investigating and clarifying the details of the act.
