Second only to Chernihiv Mayor Oleksandr Sokolov, who scored 61% of irresponsibility, Victor Pogorelov, in turn, during 56 months in the office scored 45% of irresponsibility for his work.
The most honest among mayors are the mayors of Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Khmelnitsky and Chernivtsy – they scored 0% irresponsibility.
Besides mayors, the rating analyzed the performance of Ukrainian heads of RSAs. The former head of Transcarpathia Vasyl Hubal has established himself as the most honest official, scoring 0% irresponsibility. This was informed by the mukachevo.net.
