Pogorelov’s “steward” sold BMW for 3 thousand hryvnias to Ratushniak’s deputy?

At the auction, the starting price of the car BMW 520 I manufactured in 1992, which had belonged to the Uzhgorod city council, was 2956 UAH. 
This was reported by the Director of the Municipal Economy Department Oleksiy Kasperov in response to a journalist information request.
The majority of deputies of the Uzhgorod City Council allowed to sell the car on July 20, this year, by the decision № 563.
At automotive sites the cost of used BMWs of this model manufactured in 1992 ranges from 30 to 50 thousand hryvnias.
Oleksiy Kasperov did not report how much the starting price of the car was increased at the auction. 
The auction was held on October 18 this year.
The highest bidder, according to the head of the department, was a citizen Adamovsky M.H. 
By coincidence, these are the initials of the former first deputy of the mayor of Uzhgorod Serhiy Ratushniak – Adamovsky Mykola Hryhorovich. 
However, so far it is not known if the car really was bought by the former official from Poshtova Square or by his namesake.
