The city government already suggests to amend the Uzhgorod city budget, adopted in January. The corresponding changes to the draft city budget for 2015 are published on the website of the City Council. The government proposes to increase the city budget expenditures by more than 90 million, while the budget revenues are to be increased by only 25 million. The funding for the Executive Committee will be increased by nearly 10.5 million. Of that, 9.5 million will be spent for the joint project with Poland on the reconstruction of the "Owl Nest." The education sector of the city will receive additional 26 million hryvnias. More than a million will be spent for the reconstruction of the sports ground in the school №3. The same amount will be allocated for preparation of schools for the new heating season.
3.7 million hryvnia is planned to be allocated for the reconstruction of autonomous boiler rooms in education and health sectors. Nearly 6 million will be spent to repair the city housing stock. The reconstruction of street lighting will cost the city budget 2.5 million.
The utilities will also receive money from the city budget – 830 thousand – "AgroMix" and 766 thousand – "KATP-72801 of Uzhgorod City Council."
