Pogorelov accused the head of the Executive Service of the lack of patriotism

"I have no conflicts with the executive service. I just worry for the good of the city. I am outraged by all those steps being taken by the executive and other services that harm the development of the city. I express my emotions speaking at sessions, executive committees" – explained Pogorelov, commenting on his conflict with the executive service.

According to the mayor, he tries to negotiate with the heads of those services that do not understand that they are living in Uzhgorod. "It should not be just a dull execution, but a search for ways to solve the problem – he said. – Head of the executive service simply does not understand, or rather, does not want to understand that we would like to pay the money, but can not do so because of the tax code, the law on the budget. That is why I was so angered. I think every person who lives in Uzhgorod, should think about the development of the city. And to the head himself I have no complaints and conflicts. We just have to find ways of problem solving by reasonable means."
