Poachers in the car with Hungarian numbers detained in Vinogradovo district

As Zakarpagosryboohrany  (State Protection of Fish) reported, during patrolling in the area in Vynohradiv river Tysa state inspectors of fisheries together with the public Fisheries Inspectors identified the illegal fishing with the use of illegal means for recreational fishing nets.

During the inspection of the car ‘Volkswagen Passat’ with the Hungarian state registration numbers KVB-390 in the luggage compartment under the spare tire in the package there were found prohibited items, namely monofilament nets (3 items.).

A person who drove a vehicle refused to explain how the net got into the car.

General management of Zakarpagosryboohrany initiated an administrative investigation against the group of citizens into the poaching according to the part 4 Art.85 of Code of Ukraine about Administrative Violations for transmission to the court. Discovered and seized from the car monofilament nets together with those which were in the water (2 pcs.), and fish weighing 1.3 kg are attached to the case as evidence.
