Playground for Uzhgorod children – at the expense of the budget (PHOTOS)

The playground erected within the framework of the implementation of the budget of public initiatives was opened today in Uzhgorod, at Kapushanska st., 149, the press service of the Uzhgorod city council reported.

This is one of the projects that Uzhgorod residents voted for last year. Slides, swings and other gear, benches – now for the children of this and neighboring houses. The playground is fenced, with a safe covering. In total, about UAH 400,000 from the city budget was used for the project.
The playground was set in the common yard of seven high-rise buildings (3 five-storey buildings and 4 nine-storey buildings). For the numerous children living there, the opening of the playground became a real holiday, as they will finally have a place to spend leisure time.
