On Sunday, September 15, the second outdoor art festival "Perechyn district convenes talents" took place in the village of Dubrynichi in Perechyn district
The festival was attended by guests not only from Perechyn and other districts of Transcarpathia, but also from Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Kyiv regions, as well as Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. Dance and music groups performed at the festival. Craftsmen demonstrated their skills to all comers, and guests were treated with traditional local cuisine.
In addition, at the festival they signed several important agreements on cooperation. Thus, the head of Perechyn District State Adaministration Petro Hrytsyk and the head of Skvira District State Adaministration (Kyiv region) Victor Hubsky signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between administrations. This document provides for the conclusion of agreements between enterprises, organizations and institutions of the two districts, as well as cooperation in education, culture, tourism, sports and more. Similar agreements were concluded by heads of villages of Perechyn district and neighboring Slovakia.
After that, the first Deputy Governor Igor Svyshcho presented diplomas of the regional administration and valuable gifts to the head of the amateur orchestra of folk instruments of Perechyn District House of Culture Olena Korolenko and the head of the children’s dance ensemble "Turyanska Dolyna" Ivan Pastelyak for their outstanding contribution to the development of culture, preservation, enhancement and promotion of folk traditions of the region. In addition, on behalf of the head of the regional administration he presented certificates for computers for Dubrynichi-Bereg secondary school and for the library branch of the Zarichovo village.
