Patrol policemen found drugs in a “Mercedes” driver’s bag

Around 11 pm, on July 20, patrol policemen stopped a Mercedes moving along Rosvyhivska street in Mukachevo.

While talking with the policeman, the driver was noticeably nervous and behaving suspiciously. Patrol policemen decided to examine the car and to frisk the man, because they believed that he could be hiding prohibited items.

The driver had a black shoulder bag. Having explained the grounds for the search, the policemen examined its contents. In the bag, they found a large amount of substances of unknown origin.

Patrol policemen immediately called the investigative team at the scene. In the presence of witnesses, the investigators seized 13 plastic bags and 3 rolls with chopped green vegetable substance with a specific smell and a sealed syringe with a white crystal substance of unknown origin.

The actions of the man have signs of a criminal offense. Investigators have taken up the case.
