On Monday, during a day patrol, a crew of Mukachevo patrol police noticed a green car Daewoo Lanos that had violated traffic rules at the intersection of Ilona Zrinyi and Beregivska streets.
Policemen ordered the driver to stop through the loudspeaker, but the man ignored the request and drove on. Only on Parkaniy street, the citizen reduced the speed. The policemen immediately ordered him to stop. But the man suddenly began reverse movement trying to escape and avoid responsibility. However, he lost control and collided with a tree.
Policemen immediately arrested the fugitive. To stop the offense, policemen had to use handcuffs. Reports of violations were drawn agaist the man, including one driving under influence (Drager test result was 1.40 ppm).
