Yesterday, around 4 o’clock, while patrolling Freedom Avenue in Uzhgorod, police officers noticed two suspicious men who, upon seeing a patrol car, began to behave suspiciously.
During a superficial check, law enforcement officers found an item resembling a knuckle-duster on one of the individuals.
A criminal investigation team was immediately called to the scene to clarify all the circumstances of the case, as the actions of the man are deemed to exhibit signs of a criminal offense under Article 263 (Illegal Handling of Weapons, Ammunition, or Explosives) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
