Paths in the park ‘Podzamkovy’ are for the ‘cool’?

Last year, a lot of money from the regional and municipal budgets was invested in the restoration of the park ‘Podzamkovy’ in Uzhgorod. Currently, the most noticeable things are a new fence, stadium and asphalt paths. But MPs and officials apparently decided that all this was done for them to be able to park their cars almost at the stadium itself.

This very picture could be seen on April 11^th during a match for the Superbowl of Transcarpathia, when the last year’s Cup winner FC of Transcarpathia ‘Serednye’ and the winner of the major league of Transcarpathia last season – SC ‘Beregvideyk’ met for a game.
 
Given that on April 5 during the ‘excursion’ around Uzhgorod parks mayor Viktor Pogorelov told reporters: ‘We agreed with the leadership of the region and cars will not be allowed to enter the territory. These issues relate to the functioning of this stadium, – said Viktor Pogorelov. – I am very hard about this. Recently, we’ll set the fence, and cars will enter here only when it’s necessary’.
 
Also, the mayor added: ‘I appeal to the deputies, who commute here, to put the cars in the parking lot near the park and walk 50 meters to the stadium.’

Whether the ‘cool’ didn’t hear this, or they just don’t care about what the mayor says. When the fences will be put?
