Parking rules violators near the RSA (PHOTOS)

Uzhgorod residents continue hunting for parking rules violators.

Today, recall, we have published photos of policemen violating parking rules near the RSA building. In less than a few hours uzhgorod.in received an email from an Uzhgorod resident Oleksiy.

It contained three photographs of violators, who had parked near the park at the RSA, and a short question: "How is one supposed to walk on this sidewalk?"…
