Yaroslav Shafar, a businessman, member of the city council, posted on his facebook profile a photofact of the illegal parking near the building of RSA.
On the parking space, designated as parking for people with disabilities, a car without proper labeling is parked. By the way, Uzhgorod residents and journalists in particular know a lot of examples of such unjustified parking at the lots for people with disabilities throughout the city, and often at the parking lot near the RSA. Obviously, officials or their drivers, who park their cars there, believe that signs do not apply for them.
By the way, being concerned about this problem, Yaroslav Shafar initiated the project for marking parking spaces for people with disabilities. The project – without participation of the government and responsible services, but by efforts of the Rotary Club "Uzhgorod-Scala" – was successfully implemented.
