A photo of the cars parked around the monument to Shevchenko near the RSA was posted on facebook by Viktoriya Sengetovska.
"…this is the true "culture and respect" of local drivers (among whom there may officials) for the Great Kobzar. They turned the territory around the monument to T. Shevchenko into a parking lot…," Viktoriya wrote.
Most of the drivers, which Viktoriya Sengetovska wrote about, are probably the officials, for whom, it seems, there are no rules and laws in our city.
