It’s the fifth year that the city park in Khust in Transcarpathia hasn’t been working. In the early nineties it was one of the best in the region – with children’s rides, a cafe and a dance floor. Four years ago city officials decided to dismantle all this and to equip a new park. But the re-laid paths of the park are now covered with weeds. Marina Koval was looking for the reason.
