On October 5-6, the Transcarpathian Academic Regional Ukrainian Music and Drama Theater will show its performances in the Paris Theater "L’Atalante" on the Montmartre. Uzhgorod will present the performance of Eric Assous "Steep Turns", which is running successfully on our small stage. (Directed by Honored Artist of Ukraine Mykhailo Fishchenko, starring Honored Artist of Ukraine Stepan Barabash and Daria Horshkova).
The famous French playwright wrote this play for Alain Delon and his daughter, after which it has become popular around the world.
The Transcarpathian theater is going to Paris on the initiative of actor Veronika Perverzeva. The native of Nevytsky, she once worked at the Transcarpathian Music and Drama Theater, then studied in Kyiv, acted at the National Theater of Ivan Franko and in movies. For over twenty years, she has been living with her husband in Paris, where she has been promoting theater art and French-Ukrainian cultural ties.
Before the tour in Paris, on Saturday, September 15, at 18.00, the actors will show on the small stage of the Transcarpathian Music and Drama Theater the latest premiere of Mykhailo Fishchenko "Same time, next year" by B.Slade, and on Friday, September 21, at 18.00 – the already mentioned "Steep Turns".
