Quarantine in Transcarpathian kindergartens, schools and high schools will be in place from March 12 to April 3. There is now some information about the work of certain Uzhgorod institutions during the quarantine.
This was reported by the online publication Varosh.
On March 11, the Transcarpathian Drama Theater reported that they were closing the large stage for quarantine, but not the small stage since there are few seats there. However, on March 12, actor Rudolf Dzurinets noted that the Small Stage is also closing, and the performance "Better Stay Dead" scheduled for March 14, is postponed tentatively to April 4.
The Transcarpathian Puppet Theater "Bavka" has not closed for quarantine at the moment, but advises to follow the events, and to call on Sunday, before the performances, for updates.
On March 12, the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic announced the cancellation of the concert of People’s Artist of Ukraine Lyudmila Martsevich on Facebook. As for other concerts, no details are currently available.
The official opening of the ChechImage exhibition was supposed to take place in the Transcarpathian Academy of Arts on March 14. The organizers say the exhibits will be in the academy on March 14, but the presentation is scheduled for after the quarantine.
Uzhgorod Smart Point hub is operating normally, but hesitates about holding the traditional Fuckup night event, which takes place every last Friday of the month.
The Domion and 5 Element cinemas are currently working, but recommend to constantly check the information on the Internet. The Mukachevo cinema Skala and the Tyachiv cinema Sky are temporarily closed.
Uzhgorod CPAS, Vodokanal, Zakarpattyaoblenergo, Zakarpatgaz are operating normally, but urge to use the electronic services as much as possible. Vodokanal advises to use the online subscription book, visit the site, as well as send data via SMS or Viber – +38 095 307 71 25.
