Opening of the Center for provision of administrative services in Uzhgorod

In order to receive administrative services at the center, Uzhgorod residents use the e-registration.

The service was introduced to speed up the services for citizens and to prevent possible conflict situations.

How it works

At the entrance to the Center for provision of administrative services of Uzhgorod city council, there is a terminal. Using the terminal, you will receive a ticket with a number in the queue. Then, in the waiting room of the Center, the display of the queue management system will inform you on the queue progress. When your turn comes, it will display the number in your ticket and the number of the operator that you should approach.

For convenience, a message on the screen is accompanied by an audible signal.
